Life Drawing with Liz Frazier

Life model studio sessions with artist/instructor Liz Frazier, facilitating and teaching as students study and draw the human figure from a nude model. Bring charcoal, large newsprint pad, pink pearl eraser. Easels provided. "All problems and solutions in art can be found in drawing the human figure."

Cost: $130 for 5 classes (live model fee included). Tuition assistance available.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Liz Frazier moved to Aspen in 1991 and began teaching drawing, monotypes and painting at CMC and the Red Brick. She attended the Washington Studio School, Corcoran School of Art, American University and also studied art in Siena, Italy. Exhibitions of her work have been in the Circle Gallery, The Washington Project for the Arts, Washington Studio School Gallery, University club of Washington and the Steve Savageau Gallery in Denver.
